薄膜開關(guān)

是集按鍵功能、指示元件、儀器面板為一體的一種新型電子按鍵操作系統(tǒng)。

由面板、夾層膠、上電路、隔片層、下電路和背膠層六部分組成按下薄膜開關(guān)，上電路的觸點(diǎn)向下變形，與下電路的極板接觸導(dǎo)通，手指松開后，上電路觸點(diǎn)反彈回來(lái)，電路斷開，回路觸發(fā)一個(gè)信號(hào)。薄膜開關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，外形美觀，密封性好。具有防潮濕，使用壽命長(zhǎng)等特點(diǎn)。廣泛應(yīng)用于電子通訊、電子測(cè)量的儀器，工業(yè)控制，醫(yī)療設(shè)備，汽車工業(yè)，智能玩具，家用電器等領(lǐng)域。

薄膜開關(guān)裝置中有許多種不同形式和結(jié)構(gòu)的按鍵。按鍵的基本性能例如行程、操作力和機(jī)械壽命主要由按鍵類型和材料決定。薄膜開關(guān)包括單片線路開關(guān)和雙片線路開關(guān)。

通常，薄膜開關(guān)上的按鍵只是用色彩來(lái)表達(dá)鍵體的位置、形狀和大小。這樣，只能憑操作者的視覺來(lái)識(shí)別操作的準(zhǔn)確性，由于沒有適當(dāng)?shù)姆答佇畔⒈砻魇种甘欠癜丛诹碎_關(guān)的有效范圍使開關(guān)動(dòng)作， 因而影響了對(duì)整機(jī)監(jiān)控的自信和操作的速度。一種使開關(guān)鍵體微微凸起，略高于面板，構(gòu)成立體形狀的薄膜開關(guān)，稱為立體鍵開關(guān)。立體鍵不僅能準(zhǔn)確地給定鍵體的范圍，提高辨認(rèn)速度，使操作者的觸覺比較敏感，同時(shí)還增進(jìn)了產(chǎn)品外觀的裝飾效果.開關(guān)可以按特性分為以下列出的三種主要觸覺結(jié)構(gòu)：

1、金屬?gòu)椘存I：

金屬?gòu)椘存I采用成形的金屬?gòu)椘?，布置在開關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)部。彈片上帶有按鈕接頭，用于形成電氣回路。
優(yōu)點(diǎn)：(1)此結(jié)構(gòu)具有良好的觸覺性能。
(2)高溫狀態(tài)下使用壽命仍舊很長(zhǎng)。
缺點(diǎn)：(1)用于柔軟的面板時(shí)，若面板在凸起區(qū)域彎曲則面板可能被損壞。
(2)此結(jié)構(gòu)最好用于印刷電路板或剛性面板。
2、聚脂按鍵:
聚脂按鍵是在薄膜開關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)中的線路層軋出凸起的按鍵，此結(jié)構(gòu)非常耐用，行程比金屬?gòu)椘存I要小一些。在一些應(yīng)用中，聚脂按鍵可以被軋到面膜層，此種方式可以減少薄膜開關(guān)的總層數(shù)。按鍵的操作力與材料厚度、按鍵直徑和按鍵凸起高度有關(guān)。
優(yōu)點(diǎn)：(1)非常耐用
 (2)可以很好地使用數(shù)百萬(wàn)次
3、無(wú)感按鍵:
無(wú)手感開關(guān)沒有觸感，此種操作面板通常采用其它方式表示開關(guān)的動(dòng)作狀態(tài)。
優(yōu)點(diǎn)：(1)使用壽命長(zhǎng)(可以使用上百萬(wàn)次)。
(2)有效面積大。 

(3)在所有的開關(guān)形式中價(jià)格最低點(diǎn)擊放大

缺點(diǎn)：(1)沒有手感。

 (2)若面膜層有凸起，此時(shí)推薦不采用此種開關(guān)。

There are a number of different forms and structures in the thin film switch device. The basic properties such as travel, operating force and mechanical life are mainly determined by the key type and material. Thin film switch includes single chip circuit switch and double circuit switch.

In general, the buttons on the film switch simply use color to express the position, shape, and size of the key. The switch can be divided into three main tactile structures listed below:

Metal shrapnel keys:

Advantages: (1) this structure has a good sense of touch.

(2) the service life of high temperature is still very long.

Disadvantages: (1) when used in a soft panel, if the panel in the convex area of the panel may be damaged.

(2) the structure is best used for printed circuit boards or rigid panels.

Polyester buttons:

Polyester button is in the thin film switch circuit structure layer rolled convex keys, this structure is very durable, travel than metal shrapnel keys to some small. In some applications, polyester keys can be rolled into the mask layer, it can reduce the total number of membrane switch. The operating force of the key is related to the thickness of the material, the diameter of the key and the height of the button.
