什么是按鍵凸起？

按鍵凸起是用壓鼓機將面膜層上的鍵體區(qū)域壓起。此方法依據(jù)材料的自然特性和凸凹特性，有嚴格的溫度和壓力要求。

基本形式如下：

（1）框線凸起：開關邊緣凸起的時候采用。

（2）平面凸起：整個開關都高于面板表面時采用。

（3）球凸：用于加工球形按鍵。

（4）框線凸起+球凸：不常用。

  有哪些優(yōu)點：

（1）增進了薄膜開關外觀的裝飾效果。

（2）操作者的觸覺比較敏感。

（3）準確給定鍵體的范圍。

（4）提高辨認速度。

  重要的設計考慮因素有哪些：

（1）需要專用的模具機加工。

（2）用力過大會減少機械壽命（對于聚碳酸酯面膜來說機械壽命應能操作不少于10萬次）。

（3）凸起的聚脂的極限溫度為50℃。

（4）凸起高度應不超過材料厚度的1.5倍。

（5）平面凸起應距邊緣最少3mm或 5mm。                      

（6）框線凸起的按鍵距離邊緣最少5mm。
