什么是面膜窗口？

   面膜窗口是面板上透明或半透明的區(qū)域，以便于使用者觀察面板后面發(fā)光二板管或液晶顯示器的顯示。

窗口的選項(xiàng)如下：

(1)透明窗口：沒有任何顏色的透明區(qū)域。

(2)濾光窗口：印刷有半透明油墨的區(qū)域，顏色通常為紅色、綠色或黃色，以便于區(qū)別發(fā)光二極管的顏色。

(3)不透明窗口：印刷了多層背景色的區(qū)域，除非背后的指示燈發(fā)光，否則它們是不可見的，用于指示圖例和圖形。

   注意：印刷窗口:窗口底層粗糙，表面印刷有特制的油墨，形成一透明區(qū)域以便于液晶顯示器或發(fā)光二極管的顯示。

  有哪些優(yōu)點(diǎn)：

(1)在高亮度環(huán)境的時(shí)候，采用各種涂層和形式的窗口可以加強(qiáng)顯示器的清晰度。

(2)采用這種窗口避免了在面板上開孔，以免影響包裝和面板的外觀。

(3)粗糙的表面可以有利于發(fā)光二極管的漫反射并增加可視度。

  重要的設(shè)計(jì)考慮因素有哪些：

(1)由于增加印刷涂層，采用窗口通常會(huì)增加面板造價(jià)。

(2)LCD顯示器窗口為清楚的、無(wú)反射或光滑的窗口。

(3)LED顯示窗口為清楚的或?yàn)V波的窗口，此窗口應(yīng)為無(wú)反射的。                

(4)顯示器應(yīng)布置在窗口后面，靠近窗口以增加清晰度。

(5)特制的窗口涂層具有防劃傷特性。
