     依據(jù)工程師以往的經(jīng)驗和對使用細節(jié)的核查，他們將推薦幾種面膜材料。大多數(shù)都采用聚脂材料，有3種主要材料可以選擇，它們的相關特性如下：

什么是設計時最重要的考慮因素？

    （1）原圖和各種標志能由高清晰度的掃描儀進行掃描，高質量、高對比度的“原圖”可以減少工時。

    （2）客戶提供原圖對我廠的設計師有幫助，我廠根據(jù)客戶要求及色標號調制油墨顏色，以保證質量和效率。

    （3）面膜圖紙中的線條要清晰、連貫，否則會給絲印帶來很大的困難。
